The Iraqi-Italian Business Corporation, in cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), contributed to the successful organization of the Iraq Business and Cooperation Forum, held in Rome in November 2024. The forum, coordinated by the Corporation and UNIDO, saw participation from numerous Iraqi and Italian businessmen. Ideas and visions were presented on ways to enhance and expand joint cooperation between the two countries in various sectors, including industry, commerce, tourism, education, and healthcare. Mr. Salar Omar Saleh participated as an Iraqi businessman and industrialist, as well as a representative of the head of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, in addition to his position as President of the Corporation.
