The Iraqi Italian Business Corporation serves as a vital platform for fostering interaction and collaboration between traders and industrialists in Iraq, and producers and manufacturers in Italy. Our mission is to facilitate the exchange of industrial, commercial, tourist, healthcare, education, and exhibition-related opportunities, utilizing Italy’s cutting-edge advancements in industrial and information technology for the mutual benefit of both nations. We aim to introduce innovative technologies, products, and manufacturing capabilities to Iraq while also promoting Italy's expertise in healthcare and education sectors. Additionally, the corporation plays a pivotal role as a mediator, ensuring smooth agreements and contracts between Iraqi and Italian stakeholders across various industries, helping drive progress and development in these key sectors.

Mession


  • To support the development of commercial, economic, cultural, and media relations between Italy and Iraq, including the enhancement of import and export systems.
  • To exchange information and expertise between Iraqi and Italian companies, focusing on training, information technology, and mutual visits.

Objectives

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is responsible for managing all the activities of the IIBC, planning future policy, programmes, seminars, conferences, speakers, events and promotion of other matters of interest to the Business Corporation. The Board of Directors is available as the first point of contact for the members and anyone wishing to be in contact with the IIBC, whether this is to join as a member or discuss issues or projects of common interest. The board members shall provide advice and assistance in the management of committee functions, including the development of policies, determination of priorities, and establishment of IIBC goals and objectives.

THE FOUNDING BODY and Its permissions are
  • Appointment of members of the administrative body.
  • Submitting suggestions and discussing reports.
  • Supervising the work of the administrative body.
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY and Its permissions are
  • Setting a regular meeting or an extraordinary meeting when needed.
  • Budget supervision and approval of the financial budget.
  • Issuing the decisions necessary for the corporation’s work and annual reports.
  • Discussing and drawing up the corporation ’s general policies.
ADMINISTRATION BODY and Its permissions are
  • Distribution of committees and appointment of committee chairs.
  • Supervision the organization’s activities.
  • Implementing general policy and programs on projects that are consistent with the organization’s objectives.
